How long does a wash take?
An exterior hand wash is usually 30–45 minutes. A Super Wash takes around an hour, and detailing packages range from two hours to a full day depending on the vehicle and the service.
Do I need to book, or can I just turn up?
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking online guarantees your time slot and saves you 10%. During weekends we are often fully booked, so we do recommend reserving ahead.
Is hand washing really better than an automatic wash?
Yes. Automatic washes use brushes that hold grit from every car before yours and drag it across your paint. We hand wash using the two-bucket method with a fresh mitt, which is why our finish has no swirl marks.
What is ceramic coating and how long does it last?
Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that chemically bonds to your paint, forming a hard protective layer. It repels water and contaminants, makes washing far easier, and lasts for years rather than the weeks you get from wax.
Can I use a gift card online?
Yes. Enter your gift card code at checkout when booking online, or present it in store. Any unused balance stays on the card for next time.
What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
Call us on 02 4666 3027 and we will move your booking to a time that suits. We just ask for reasonable notice so the slot can go to someone else.
